BOOKED THIS WEEKEND during National Book Month!

In case you didn't know, it's also Squirrel Awareness Month and Raptor Month. You'd think those two would cancel each other out, no?

But getting back to the original purpose of this post, October is National Book Month. Since we all worship the almighty BOOK, we just feel like now's a good time for you to visit us, say hi, and give the books in the library a little TLC. Some of them get very old and lonely when winter is on its way. (And that goes for the librarians, too.) There's no fancy booklist or specific title we want to tell you about. Just embrace books as the wonderful, powerful things that they are.

And, in honor of Squirrel Awareness Month AND the release of Turtles All the Way Down on Tuesday, here's John Green and a very dangerous woodland creature.
